Consultation Fees
Our virtual consultation fees are designed to reflect both clinical expertise and regional affordability. Fees vary slightly depending on medical specialty, consultation duration, and the location of the patient.
We offer pricing in multiple currencies for your convenience, including:
- ZAR (South African Rand)
- USD (US Dollar)
- GBP (British Pound)
- NGN (Nigerian Naira)
- Other local currencies based on your location
Insurance Integration
We collaborate with a growing network of health insurance providers and medical aid schemes. When registering and completing your consultation form, you’ll be able to select your insurance provider from a pre-populated dropdown list.
If your insurance plan is supported, our administrative team will verify your insurance eligibility and any claim requirements by checking the respective insurer’s website or platform, using the information you provide.
Key features include:
- Insurance provider dropdown for quick and accurate selection during patient registration
- Pre-authorisation checks (where applicable), performed by our admin team before your consultation
- Manual verification—no direct system integration with insurers at this stage
- Patients may still be required to pay upfront, depending on the insurer, and follow up for reimbursement
Please note: Automatic claim generation, submission, and real-time claim adjudication are not currently supported.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand that schedules change. Our fair refund policy ensures peace of mind:
- Full refund if cancellation is made at least 24 hours before your appointment
- Partial refund or reschedule option for cancellations within 24 hours
- No-show without prior notice may result in forfeiture of the session fee
To request a refund or reschedule, simply log into your Patient Portal and follow the steps, or contact our Care Team directly.
